As a former teacher and building administrator, Mike Alpert believes current classroom teachers are the best candidates for training other teachers. Alpert founded Peer Driven PD in 2020 during the pandemic to help teachers connect–and learn from–one another remotely. The immediate response was immensely positive as teachers began sharing stories and opening up about real-world successes in-and-out of their classrooms.

Alongside a small team of current and former educators, designers, and videographers, Peer Driven PD continues to scour the country for amazing teachers willing to share their stories and expertise.
